How to Apply

Registration for Fall 2011 has begun! 
Application and Registration/Supply Fees are due by June 1, 2011.

Call Mrs. Billye Moutra or Ms. Loretta Moutra, Director of Admissions, for grade availability (281) 499-7975.

Step 1

REQUEST ADMISSION PACKET   Request information by calling (281) 499-7975. 

Step 2

COME VISIT  The best way to get to know Bearrington Academy is to visit our campus.  We invite you to make an appointment.  We also have fall Admission Information Meetings.  During these meetings, you'll tour the campus, meet our faculty, attend classroom presentations, chat with some of our students, and hopefully, have your questions answered.  RSVPs are required for all Admission events.  To make an appointment, please call (281) 499-7975 or e-mail bearrington123@aol.com .

Step 3

APPLY   Once a completed application application is submitted along with an applicant photo and application fee, contact the Admission office to schedule your child's visit and your parent interview.  Please mail your application as soon as you make the decision to apply.  This give the admission office flexibility in scheduling the parent interview and visit.

SUPPLEMENTAL MATERIALS   All additional forms must be received by the Admission Office to complete your child's application file.  An admission decision will not be made if an application file is incomplete.

For Preschool, Junior Kindergarten and Kindergarten -

• Applicant photo
• Confidential Personal Recommendation - give to a friend that knows your family best
• Confidential Preschool Recommendation - if your child is already in preschool, give to your child's preschool teacher

For First Grade

• Applicant photo
• Confidential Teacher Recommendation - give to your child's current homeroom teacher
• Confidential Administrator Recommendation - give to your child's current administrator
• Transcript Release - give to your child's current school

Step 4

ASSESSMENT  / TESTING / PARENT INTERVIEW

For Preschool, Junior Kindergarten and Kindergarten

• After receiving your child's application, we will contact you to schedule a morning visitation for your child and a time for your parent interview.

For First Grade - 4th Grade

• After submitting your child's application, please contact the Admission Office to schedule a classroom visit, your parent interview and testing.
