WELCOME - Start Thinking Summer!
At Bearrington, we celebrate the people that make up our community and the contributions each individual brings to the group.  Our summer staff nurtures the curious and adventurous side of the child by creating a safe, friendly environment to explore new activities and create lasting friendships.  We strive to develop self-respecting and enthusiastic learners who are as concerned about themselves as they about are the others around them.  Campers will enjoy various themes including Show Business, Around the World in 7 Days, Splash Week, 2012 Olympics, Super Heroes, STEM, and more.  And oh, the places we will go!  Campers have many opportunities to participate in field trips.  You may contact us by e-mail or phone.  We will be happy to work with you to develop your child's summer experience.

Children's Garden Project

We have a wonderful garden!  Our scholars have been busy taking care of the plants.  On Monday, April 30, we took pictures of the children and their container plants.  We are sending a picture and a letter to our beautiful First Lady, Mrs. Obama.  The last time we wrote her, she sent us a wonderful letter and a recipe for Cucumber Soup! So far we have tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers.  Have you seen how large one of the cucumbers has grown?
